We offer our resellers quality pre-sales and post-sales training. Our pre-sales training focuses on the product benefits for the end-user, while post-sales focuses on the most effective solutions to any potential technical issues. Our resellers also benefit from all the back-up support that may be required to make a sale. This back-up support may also include on-site assistance if required. Resellers are at all times provided with excellent second and third level support.

Training programs are available for administering Firewall/VPN or Intrusion Prevention Systems, carrying out first level product maintenance and complex security verifications. Since March 2002, Kilross has been an Approved eSoft Training Centre authorised to train, examine and certify our resellers to the level of eCE¹.
